After we had much trouble with hackers, who used our site to send spammails,  today comes a late review of the GC 2007.
First the bad message: we were unable to keep the OPK-release on the GC-sunday, due to some bugs. Actually, we had planned to realease during our performance at GIGA.
We are working under a lot of pressure on a final version we hope, we can release soon.

Wednesday
But one after the other. A few OPK-members allready arrived on wednesday at the GC. We moved into our cute pension(where we occupied a complete floor), after we have visited Crysis, Farcry 2, COD4 and many others.
Also we have benn able to get a short view over Armed Assault 2 in the Buisness Center.


Thursday
That evening we planned to visit again the "karaoke-bar", but this nonofficial event got displaced at the "milkbar" by Pete Larsen (EA C&C). But it wasn't less funny there.



Friday
On Friday we continued testing Crysis and Osis had to visit the Q&A of the EA-Communityteam. But it got canceled. beacause there is only Bad Company and no Statement according BF3.

A few OPK-members liked to play "World in Conflict" with and against the members of BF-Games.net  
In the evenings the big EA-Party with many known and new faces.

Saturday
On saturday a special communityevent of different kind was planned. After the official communitymeetingfor BF2 with Communitymanger "Hummel", the inofficial part took place.





We went with 15 men and the Bf-Games-crew, as "embedded correspondents", to a paintballfield. Special Thanks goes to www.le-paintball.org with their exiting field and the nice support.
After 4,5 hours, 11.000 shots many people searched an oxygen tent. 28°C and the sun took their toll. After the successfull loosing and recovering of a mobilphone we were back in Leipzig at 8pm.
We drunk some beers, talked about that day and went to bed tired.

Sunday
At 9am the GIGA recording with a little networkgaming started. But allthough it didn't pass as planned, we had more luck then First Strike and Osis was able to show his extra styled nose in the TV again.




It was a exiting weekend for OPK, that hopefully gives us some motivation to proceed working. For fun and for our Fans in the community...

And while we proceed with some 0.2 news, we are going to hunt the last bugs for the next release.
